amsterdam, netherlands

We flew out early and landed in the Netherlands a little before noon.

Matt met up with us at the airport (a nice surprise) and in no time we made it to their new house in Amsterdam.  They live on one of the four canals in Amsterdam called Herengracht.  The view outside their window is gorgeous.  The architecture in Amsterdam is striking. 

We were happy to finally meet baby Anna.  She is a mini version of Isla.  Anna is very sweet, quiet and happy.  She is a little angel. 

Bennett was happy to see his friend Isla again and play with her toys.

Isla was very shy at first and proceeded with caution.

But, it didn't take long until the two of them were causing havoc together.

I am in love with the amazing view outside of their windows.  

We spent the night catching up.  I am looking forward to spending the week with the Damianis.  We miss them a lot.
