B is ready to go. He loves the backpack.
This trail is very different from our last hiking trail. It is quite and right away it got steep.
There were large rocks but the trail itself is mostly smaller rocks and dirt.
It took us 25 minutes to climb all the way to the top. It is very different up here in comparison to Mt. Monadnock. There is a road and a man-made structure to use as a lookout.
Winston and I made a pitstop before checking out the views.
It was a great success.
Bennett enjoyed the ramps.
It's a gorgeous day for a family picture.
This looked interesting. Too bad I have no idea what it is supposed to be.
After thouroughly exploring at the top, we headed back down. It took us about 20 minutes because we took our time and stopped for a drink a few times.
