tree house brewery

Today we visited a microbrewery.  It is called Tree House.

We read about them online and the rave reviews the brewery got drove us to try it out.  We also read to get here early since it gets crowded and busy.  We did not expect this level of busy.  There was a line out the door for the freshly canned IPA.  And, the growler wait was 2 hours.  We stayed.  We were determined we must try the beer no matter how long it took.  Grandma watched the kids while we got our beer.

I was impressed they canned the beer right in front of us while we waited in line.  There is a limit on how much beer you can buy of 6 cans per person.  They sell out every weekend well before closing.  I am glad we came early.

It took us 45 minutes to get our cans.  Our growlers were no where close to being filled so we headed to a farm nearby for some lunch, homemade ice cream and to stretch our legs.

The food was really good.  Bennett loved the playground and the goats.

Two hours later we had our growlers of Double Shot!  And, another two hours later we only had one growler.

Needless to say, the beer is fresh and delicious!  It's going to be hard not to come back every weekend.
