We wanted to check out the trail at Douglas State Forest. They are supposed to be flat and less difficult to manager for little feet. It was perfect weather for a hike or a wooded walk rather.
Bennett did not waste anytime hitting the trail.
He loves to explore and run.
We walked about a mile and a half before turning around. I think the trail is about 4 miles long if we were to do the entire loop.
The trail was a bit rough at parts but we had a good time. We will be back here for another outdoor adventure soon.
