morning shenanigans

Bennett woke us up really early today at 5:00 AM.  He usually doesn't sleep well when we travel but this was his earliest time up yet.  Kaitlin was nice enough to give up her crib for him too.  I think maybe it wasn't dark enough in the room.  Daddy was nice enough to let me sleep and watched B until I snoozed until about 6:30 AM.  I was sure the rest of the gang was sleeping just like me, but it turns out I was the last one up.  We spent the morning in pj's catching up, playing and eating.  Bennett raided the crayon box and Kaitlin was busy grabbing at them and trying to eat them.

Kaitlin likes to knock down towers just like Bennett.

Ali and I did some crafting with glitter pens.

Nick and Bennett took a nap after breakfast.  They were both up very early.  I love B's sleeping pose.

The tent came out after everyone was awake again.  Daddy had to climb in first to lead the way and show Bennett it was safe.

Of course, Bennett ended up loving it.  He crawled inside and was having fun throwing toys out of the tent at Daddy and Ali.  Daddy was playing hide and seek with B and Ali when he would run from window to window and scare them.  They had a lot of fun.  The rain finally stopped too.
