apple sauce

My parents apple tree got a lot of delicious apples this year.  We gathered them up to make some apple sauce.

 The apples did not want to stay in the pot.

Surprising how little skin there is in comparison to the flesh.  We ended up with 5 large jars.  I hope Winston likes apple sauce.  We made enough for the year!

We had so much making the apple sauce that we decided to make tomato sauce as well in the afternoon.

We are taking home some delicious loot.
