Kristen had the house decorated to the tee with Fergus paraphernalia. There were a popcorn and a cotton candy making machines. The candy station got the most attention. All the guests from kids to adults were excited about it's nostalgic candy offerings.
Kristen baked Fergus' birthday cake herself. She also made the chocolate scissors, brushes and hairdryer.
Bennett loved the candy dots. He would grab a sheet and eat as much as he could sometimes including the paper before moving on to play in the toy room or do a lap around the house. But, inevitably he would come back for another sheet. I think he ate all of the dots they had out.
Bennett loved the wax lips from the party bags.
Fergus and Gigi made a nice hat this week especially for his party.
Earlier today Fergus got his first haircut. He was looking mighty handsome for his party. Good thing Kristen had some wigs available to show us what he looked like before his haircut.
The rest of the family got in on the action as well.
Fergus has many silly cousins.
They all had fun playing outside, snuggling and dancing.
Bennett enjoyed popcorn for dinner and hiding behind the couch.
Before we knew it, we were packing up to go home. Bennett let us know he was ready by grabbing my scarf off the coat rack and announcing: "Go!" The boy knows his bedtime. We had a blast! So happy we could be here to celebrate. Happy Birthday Fergus! Wishing you your best year yet.

Looks like a fun party! Is that a barbershop theme? SO creative!
