grandma's birthday

Happy Birthday to Grandma!  We took Grandma to Taughannock Falls State Park, some wine tastings and a delicious lunch today to celebrate.

Taughannock Falls State Park's namesake waterfall is a 215-foot drop which is the tallest in the Northeastern United States.

 It's a gorgeous site on a sunny day like today.  Bellwether and Lucas Wineries were our next stops.

Bellwether had very tasty ciders to offer.  Lucas had some nice reds.  

We ate lunch at the Americana Winery on our way home.

And, we were really impressed.  We had an amazing lunch outside.  Our sandwiches were delicious and the atmosphere was relaxing.

We headed home a little buzzed from the wine and completely stuffed from the food.  I need a nap.  I hope Grandma enjoyed her special day.  We love you!
