friday funday with the Seymours

Bennett woke up right on schedule today at 7AM despite missing out on some sleep last night.  He headed right for auntie Audrey's bedroom.  Before I could stop him he pushed the door open.  It's a good thing she was awake already.  After some hugs, we headed down stairs to play with James, Ryry and Alice.  Bennett was completely taken by all the fun toys the Seymours had.  It was nice because we had plenty of time to catch up with Audrey and Chris and Matt.  Matt was a  mutual college friend in town on business.  He joined us for breakfast.  The rest of the afternoon was very relaxing.  The dads and the kids went out for a little while to play in the snow and do some sledding.
In the meantime, the moms picked up and spent the day catching up inside where it was warm.

Alice's sunglasses might the most adorable thing I have ever seen.

Bennett is too funny with the shovel.  It's his favorite.

We run out to dinner for auntie Audrey's birthday to the Founding Farmers.

The food was delicious.  James did a decent job taking a photo of the four of us.

Our children were having more fun goofing off than posing for the camera.

And, afterwards we enjoyed a fun movie night with the Seymours watching Big Hero 6.  Bennett loved it and stayed up to watch the entire thing way past his bedtime.  The day flew by despite us doing very little.  I cannot wait for more fun tomorrow.
