ice cream at west end creamery

We worked hard in the yard this morning.  To reward ourselves, we went out to get some ice cream.  There were a lot of people doing the same.  We waited in line for 20 minutes to get our ice cream.  It was worth it.

There was a train going around the inside perimeter of the building.  Bennett was really into watching it go by and around.  He nearly fell out of his high chair.

After we finished our ice cream, we wanted to check out the goats they have at the Creamery.  They have a big barn onsight but it's being renovated right now.  Usually you can get real close and pet the goats.

Bennett preffered playing with the rocks over looking at the goats.  He was picking them up and throwing them into the driveway.

I am excited about this picture.  I finally caught a shot of him doing his single arm flip when he runs.  My grandmother, Irene, walks the same way.  It's really neat that he does the same thing.

We did end up picking up the rocks and putting them back with Bennett's help.

We thought about checking out the bouncy mats they had set up in the back.  Bennett is a little too young for those at this point.  We are looking forward to coming back here when he can pet the goats and the bouncy mats.

  1. Mmm that icecream sounds good. What flavor did you get? I can't get over how big B looks with his haircut. He's such a little man now!

  2. I'd wait 20 minutes for ice cream any day ;) What a great reward for some hard work around the house. I'm glad to see B still loves playing with rocks :)
