Baby sister made her entry into the world this evening. Finally! My water broke Friday afternoon but it was hard to tell because the break was high and the baby's head was blocking the amniotic fluid from leaking out unless I was in certain positions. I mostly noticed something amock during the night. Just to be safe we went in to check on things Sunday and stayed... I was induced around 4 pm and after 4 hours only dilated 1 cm. The doctor finally examined me and said I had a pool of amniotic fluid at the bottom of the uterus. She broke it and things moved fast! I went from 3 cm to 10 cm in an hour. After about 20 minutes of pushing we had a baby.
Coco is 9 pounds 3.4 ounces and 20.5 inches.
She is almost 2 pounds bigger than my boys. And, with a head full of dark brown hair. We finally have a baby that shares the same hair color as us!
