Ahead of schedule by a year we decided to buy a new house. We are building in South Grafton, MA in the Brookmeadow Village community. We are thrilled! The closing is set for August 3rd, 2017.
The lot is about a half acre. Its all rocks right now. The digging starts as soon as we are approved!
