Today we set off to Santa's Village in Jefferson, NH. It's Christmas in July. We got up very early so the boys are wearing their pjs on the ride to the park.
It took us 3 hours to get there but the boys did great in the car. The weather was not looking promising even though the predicted weather called for a warm and sunny day.
We loved this place from the minute we walked in. It wasn't too crowded yet. We got to enjoy some of the rides without having to wait in line.
Bennett was not very happy about taking his picture by the height chart.
Our first ride was, ironically, driving a car. Bennett was too short to go alone.
Dad was in charge of pictures...
When we went on the swings Bennett thought the operator was Santa Claus. He said "Hi Santa" and "Thank you Santa, Bye Santa." It was adorable. I do see the resemblance.
This rollercoaster was Bennett's favorite. Nick and I were worried he would be scared because it looked like it went very fast around the corners and down the hills. He did great!
We visited Santa next. His house is on the premises.
Bennett was very shy. Winston was very scared and did not leave my side.
We sat on Santa's sleigh!
Daddy and I took turns going on all the rides with Bennett. He was really enjoying himself.
When you go to Santa's Village a gingerbread cookie is a must.
We eat the legs and the arms first so the gingerbread cannot run away.
The sleigh ride around the park was my favorite. We got some nice views from up there.
Bennett was very good about waiting for his turn in the lines. The second the ride stopped he would exclaim "My turn, MY turn."
We got to visit with Santa's reindeer. They are so soft. Bennett was not impressed at first.
The day was a great success! The kids were asleep within minutes of leaving the parking lot.
Mommy and Daddy enjoyed some beautiful views in peace and quite.

WOW !!! Fun !
