christmas party at the shannons

Tonight we are getting into the spirit of Christmas with the Shannons.  Their annual Christmas parties are great.  Kristen and Dan do an amazing job decorating their home with lights in and out.

Bennett was a little taken back with all of the lights.  He froze in front of the house.  It took some encouragement to get him inside the house.

Once in, Bennett had a great time with Noah, Fergus' cousin.  They ran around the yard chasing their flashlights.

     

     

We had plenty of food and drink but no snow.  The weather tonight is gorgeous.  It feels more like Spring than Winter.  We are all sweating in our Christmas sweaters.  The theme this year is Cats.

     

     

Winston did well.  

He was not overwhelmed by the music or the commotion.  He went to sleep around 8 PM upstairs without too much trouble.  

Uncle Steve's sweater was a big hit.  The kitty cat's eyes were controlled by an app on an iPhone. Bennett was very... ummmm... impressed?
