apple and pumpkin picking

We badly needed to decorate the house.  We have been away and haven't gotten a chance to get any pumpkins to put out on our front stoop.  So this morning we decided to do something about it and go pumpkin and apple picking.  We went to Clearview Farm in Sterling, MA.  It was not busy and there were plenty of apples.

Bennett followed us around while munching on an apple. 

I am very happy he loves apples so much.  I am also a big apple lover. 

We wondered around in the orchard and picked about 30 delicious and enormous apples.

After the apple orchard, we headed to the pumpkin field to get some pumpkins.  Bennett had a harder time walking around to pick out pumpkins because the ground wasn't level.

He loved riding in the wagon with all the pumpkins that we gathered.

Can't wait to get home and put them out in front of the house and make some apple pie.  Fall is my favorite!
